CUP GUM - Eucalyptus Comophylla
Eucalyptus cosmophylla or 'cup gum' is a small rounded tree occuring naturally in the southern Mount Lofty Ranges and on Kangaroo Island. It grows to a mature height of around 4 - 6 metres with a spread of up to 6 metres. It has distinctive leathery leaves and large fruit capsules with white/cream flowers. Cup gum is so named because of the shape of the fruit capsules. It's honey has a slight caramel flavour. Flowers March - June every second year.

Coastal Flora is a multi flora its the spring flowering native plants and trees, in and around the coastal areas of neck of the island, Pelican Lagoon and Penington bay. Unique to Kangaroo Island, it is a delicious, distinctive, bold and very floral flavoured honey. Some of the trees in the include the Coastal mallee, coastal Heath, Boobialla and coastal shrubs & trees.

Spring Flora is a multi flora its the spring flowering native plants and trees, inland. Pardarna, stocks bay eta. Unique to Kangaroo Island, it is a light floral flavoured honey. Some of the trees in thehoney include the Mallee, Pink Gum, bottle brush, Tea tree. Any thing flowering through spring ground covers, shrubs & trees.

SUGAR GUM - Eucalytpus Cladocalyx
Eucalytpus Cladocalyx, or Sugar Gum, is found in South Australia.
This species can grows in and around the Flinders Ranges, Eyre Peninsula and Kangaroo Island.
This Species was naturalised in parts of Western Australia and Victoria.
They flower with white, cream and yellow flowers.
They are a summer flower blooming from December through to March.
